Four new homes on one infill site at 1600 West in Provo. We handled the approvals and built every home as the general contractor. Two homes are finished and sold. The last two are finishing now.
What we drew and what we built.
Lots 2 and 3 have a finished basement apartment with its own kitchen, living room and bedrooms. It is a city-approved ADU, so the owner can rent it out. Lots 1 and 4 are plumbed for one later.
No HOA. The four homes share a private drive under a recorded maintenance agreement, with costs split equally.
